Geoff Ezra is the George Ezra tribute show from Tom Ryder - a professional UK-based singer who's been performing Ezra's catalogue at weddings for years. It became its own show because of how consistently crowds reacted to it.

That's the honest origin story. No gimmick, no costume, no manufactured backstory. Just a singer who's really good at these songs, performing them with a proper PA and a proper setlist.

Tom Ryder is a full-time professional singer based in the UK, working across weddings, private events and venue bookings. He's spent years on stages of every size - from 40-person drinks receptions to 300-person dancefloors - and Geoff Ezra is the project that comes from realising how much of his wedding setlist was already George Ezra.

Tom doesn't do impressions. He doesn't wear a flat cap. He sings the songs properly, with his own voice, and the crowd does the rest.

Because the songs work. There are maybe a dozen artists in the modern era whose catalogue you can play end-to-end at a wedding and watch every generation sing along. George Ezra is one of them. Shotgun gets the 10-year-olds and the 70-year-olds in the same chorus - that's rare.
